It’s a gem. There are some other modern coffee shops nearby however very soulless. Cafe de Gallles is unique, charming. We loved the service! The view is amazing as well as it is in front of the cathedral. My husband had the best chicken coronation sandwich ever and I had a breakfast which was delicious. If you’re looking for a cafe with a character and lovely service I recommend this one.

Absolutely gorgeous little gem of a café just outside the gates of the iconic St Giles Church. Fabulous tea and cakes (mostly homemade), the loveliest staff with a twinkle in their eye and a warm atmosphere. Loved it!
